About Kyle Conner

Kyle Conner, CFRE builds revenue systems for mission-driven organizations. Not fundraising campaigns. Revenue infrastructure. Growth that survives leadership transitions and economic downturns.

At a statewide pediatric healthcare nonprofit, he took over a program in decline, where revenue had dropped from $493K to $193K over five years, and built it into a $3.3M average annual operation. The industry benchmark sits around $500K per fundraising FTE. With a two-person team and a part-time intern, he hit 4x that number. Even excluding the $5M state bond bill he wrote and secured through legislative advocacy, organic revenue averaged $2.1M annually.

Since September 2020: $13.8M raised across 3,625 gifts. 35 campaigns across eight funds. 1,200+ donors. He wrote every major grant proposal personally and built a corporate sponsorship program to six-figure annual revenue from zero. Event revenue topped $354,000 a year. He ran the development team, owned donor communications and digital marketing, and led statewide brand positioning.

Before that, he grew Arts Education earned revenue at New Jersey Performing Arts Center from $450,000 to $640,000 annually, totaling nearly $2 million across four fiscal years, through pricing strategy, pipeline management, and expanded institutional partnerships.
